[Recruitment of Construction Method Association Members] Unique Mixing Mechanism for Deep Mixing Treatment - Three S G Method
Construction achievements: Over 8,700 cases in all 47 prefectures! We are currently recruiting members for the construction method association (holders of construction implementation rights)!
To enhance our sales and construction system, we are currently recruiting members for our construction method association (those who have obtained construction implementation rights)! Please feel free to contact us regarding areas and conditions! *We are particularly focusing on recruitment in the Tohoku and Hokuriku areas.* □ By acquiring our unique construction method technology, you can differentiate yourself from other companies. □ With our comprehensive technical support and skill training system, we can cultivate high-level technicians. □ We support your business expansion by utilizing our nationwide network of association members. The Three S G Method involves attaching a special excavation and mixing wing to a dedicated machine (crawler type). During excavation, slurry is ejected from the lower discharge port, and during retrieval, the lot is rotated in reverse to spray slurry from the upper discharge port. By always positioning the slurry discharge in front of the direction of the special excavation and mixing wing, we enhance mixing efficiency and improve the quality of the modified body. 【Features】 ● Our unique mixing mechanism (patented) achieves a coefficient of variation of 25% for sandy soil, clayey soil, and loam ground. ● Our original strength verification system allows for economical quality control. ● Column diameters range from φ400mm to φ1300mm. ● Applicable for improvement lengths of up to 20.5m.
