Special order decoration outside of specifications
Rainwater collected from rooftops through roof drains is directed outside the building via a leader pipe and drained to the ground through a downspout. At the point where the leader pipe exits to the outside, the drainage pipe is bent at a right angle, making it prone to blockages from fallen leaves, dust, and mud that pass through the drain. Therefore, a box with a lid is installed for decoration and cleaning purposes in this section. The surface treatment was finished with an acrylic resin-based baked coating. ☆ The person in charge was not satisfied with the standard decorative box, so it was designed from scratch as an original.

Company information
We are an OEM manufacturing company that provides sheet metal products to major manufacturers. [Feature 1] High precision processing and welding of difficult thin aluminum sheets. [Feature 2] Integrated production from planning, development, and design to sheet metal, painting, and assembly with short lead times. [Feature 3] Design that considers installation on-site, workability, and transportation limits. We have established a comprehensive in-house production system (planning, development, design, cutting, bending, welding, painting, assembly, inspection, transportation) and propose VA/VE suggestions on how to maintain functionality and quality while reducing costs. We excel at welding thin aluminum sheets, which are prone to distortion and difficult to process!
