80% of our full-time employees are a group of technical professionals known as "designers." Our system allows the same engineers to be responsible for everything from meetings with clients to design, manufacturing, and on-site adjustments, enabling each individual to feel a sense of responsibility for the products and the joy of manufacturing, while maintaining high motivation and pride in their work. Since we are not affiliated with any capital, we engage equally with various manufacturers regardless of their affiliations. Although we are a regional company, engineers from all over Japan (including those from China) gather here. We are also agile and actively incorporate new technologies. For example, in a video from three years ago, we were using drafting tables and 2D CAD, but now 80% of new projects are designed using 3D CAD.
