Nickel, copper, and tin, various plating can now be achieved with continuous hoop plating processing!
"Continuous hoop plating on aluminum materials" is a technology that enables continuous hoop plating processing on aluminum coil materials and primary press-processed products (from reel to reel), among others. Recently, with the rising prices of raw materials such as copper alloys, using relatively inexpensive and stable aluminum materials can provide significant cost advantages when material conversion is possible. Additionally, aluminum materials can achieve approximately three times the length for the same weight compared to copper alloys due to the difference in specific gravity, allowing for weight reduction that meets the needs of the lightweight and compact era. [Main Applications] ■ Busbar materials for EV and PHV vehicles ■ Heat sink materials ■ Secondary battery terminal materials and housings for mobile phones, etc. *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.
