Prevent the proliferation of "algae"! Anti-algae and anti-mold agents for foundations and exterior walls [Moldside].
♦ A powerful anti-algae agent that protects exterior walls, foundations, and exteriors from algae ♦ Effective against over 2000 types of bacteria, demonstrating excellent suppression and prevention effects.
"Mordoside" is an antifungal and anti-mold agent that can be easily applied by mixing it into sprays, paints, or sealants, preventing the occurrence of algae and maintaining aesthetic appeal over the long term. We often hear stories of algae appearing shortly after a new building is constructed! Algae significantly detracts from aesthetics and accelerates the deterioration of walls. Many people may be troubled by the fact that even after scrubbing or using a high-pressure washer, algae reappears quickly. 【Features】 ● Repellent effect and unique composite technology Instead of simply killing bacteria, it sends danger signals to the same species, preventing similar bacteria from approaching (repellent effect), ultimately leading to their extinction. ● Non-leaching system It has a very stable chemical structure, making it difficult for the active ingredients to leach out, thus ensuring long-lasting effectiveness. ● High safety It contains no environmentally harmful substances and has obtained various safety data from third-party organizations, proving its high safety. ★ The mechanism of preventing bacteria from approaching rather than killing them allows for outstanding effectiveness at low concentrations. This reduces the amount used, helping to keep costs down. Additionally, the small amount used minimizes the impact on the materials to which it is added.
