Glass processing technology tailored to needs such as "ITO film surface polishing" and "final polishing"!
At Mitsuru Optical Research Institute Co., Ltd., we perform "ITO film surface polishing" and "final polishing," among other glass "special processing." "ITO film surface polishing" involves polishing at the angstrom level to uniform the roughness of the film surface for applications such as organic EL. Additionally, we offer "special shape processing" that allows for irregular shapes seen in smartphones, as well as "large substrate grinding," which thins glass substrates in a short time using large special processing machines. [Features] ≪Final Polishing≫ ■ Removes even ultra-fine defects ■ Achieves a smooth surface with no visible defects ≪LCD Panel Polishing≫ ■ Polishes and regenerates NG substrates caused by scratches during etching ■ Strengthens products by preventing cracks from occurring at the cutting edge through outer edge chamfering *For more details, please refer to our catalog or feel free to contact us.

Company information
Mitsuru Optical Research Institute has gained a high reputation in the fields of optical glass processing and LCD glass substrate processing, leveraging cutting-edge technology and equipment. In recent years, we have seen an increase in requests for support glass for the wafer thinning process in the semiconductor industry, which demands strict TTV, by applying the processing techniques we have cultivated. Additionally, not only do we provide value-added glass, but we are also pleased to offer verification glass at a low cost by utilizing scrap materials from LCD processing, which has been well received in various sectors. We would be grateful if you could consult with us at least once.
