"Logbee" is a support tool that automatically measures the temperature and humidity near the pouring site during the concrete curing process and displays the results wirelessly, allowing for moisture management. It collects data through 24-hour automatic measurements, enabling efficient watering and heating with heaters. Additionally, by installing up to 36 sensor subunits at multiple points, it allows for monitoring variations within the poured square meters, which is useful for concrete curing management and crack prevention. "The system measures the surface temperature and humidity after concrete pouring, automatically records the results by sending them wirelessly to a computer, and alerts the administrator via alarm email when humidity decreases." This system has been registered with NETIS! ○ Registration No. KK-160022-A By connecting an optional USB relay output box, the device can be automatically turned ON/OFF when measurements fall outside the set range. 【Features】 ○ Data collection and aggregation can be automated, reducing the need for personnel without having to go directly to the site. ○ It uses waterproof (IP67) humidity sensors to directly measure moisture levels. ○ Temperature and humidity information sent to the computer can be recorded and visualized in time-series graphs. ○ The subunit can operate continuously for about three years with a measurement interval of 5 minutes.

Manage the temperature and humidity of concrete surfaces for 24 hours! Logbee has been adopted for the wet curing of concrete after pouring. The reason for its adoption is that the wireless sub-device, which includes sensors, is compact and waterproof. It can be easily installed after pouring, allowing measurements to begin immediately.

Alarm email function With the monitor software included with the main unit, you can set the upper and lower limits for temperature, humidity, and heat stress index (WBGT). When values outside of this range are measured, an alarm email can be sent to your computer or smartphone.

Protective Case Set There is a protective case set available to protect the sub-unit when used at construction sites. It can be placed in the case, installed on top of concrete, and covered with a protective sheet for measurement. Data is transmitted wirelessly from the sub-unit to the main unit and saved as log data on a computer. It has become possible to visualize temperature and humidity management data for concrete curing management.

USB Relay Output Box (Optional) This device transmits a signal when it measures values outside the set range for temperature, humidity, and illuminance of the Logbee subunit, as well as the heat stress index (WBGT) required by the master unit. By controlling actuators connected to the USB Relay Output Box (CRC-30I/O), it enables automatic ON/OFF operation of various devices such as automatic watering, opening and closing windows, and turning on the patrol light.
