A completely new composite non-woven fabric created from a unique TDS process that is unlike any other.
TDS is a general term for a dry non-woven fabric manufacturing system that bonds pulp and synthetic fibers formed by the airlaid method using thermoplastic fibers or powders without using any water. Because it can add special functions, it is widely used in various fields from household to industrial, agricultural, civil engineering, and building materials. Products with wood pulp as the main raw material and finished in sheet form are called "Hato Sheet," while those that are rolled are referred to as "Soft Sheet." Additionally, products with synthetic fibers as the main raw material are named "Micros."

Detailed information
-
Thick non-woven fabric Thickness 50mm 3500g/m2 You can freely choose the thickness within a wide range. Additionally, due to the three-dimensional orientation characteristics of the fibers, thickness can be achieved with less raw material. Since the binder fibers are uniformly mixed with the base fibers, high basis weight non-woven fabric without interlayer delamination is possible.
-
Composite non-woven fabric It is possible to create composite non-woven fabrics that complement each other's weaknesses and utilize their strengths by laminating various materials according to their applications, such as non-woven fabrics and films (anti-condensation) like spunbond (high strength), spunlace (texture), airlaid (functionality), and meltblown (filtration), as well as paper (texture), tissue (cost-effective), fabric (texture), and tack paper (adhesion). Additionally, lamination and web formation can be done in one process, eliminating unnecessary processing steps and allowing for efficient production.

Functional Fiber Composite Sheet Functional fibers such as high-absorbent fibers, activated carbon fibers, carbon fibers, metal fibers, aramid fibers, and inorganic fibers can be blended without compromising their functionality as long as they are chopped fibers within 10mm. By controlling the voids on both sides, it is possible to provide more effective filter properties. Furthermore, using the thermal bond airlaid method, which does not use any water, makes it possible to create sheets of SAF that are difficult to produce with other non-woven fabric methods.

Functional Powder Composite Sheet It is possible to create sheets from various powders such as polymer absorbents, activated carbon, silica gel, zeolite, deodorants, antibacterial agents, flame retardants, seeds, fertilizers, iron powder, oil gelling agents, phenolic resins, PE, PP, PET, etc. Due to its very low-density structure, it can be fixed at a low density without compromising the functionality of the particles in the gaps between the base fibers. There are many types of bulk density and particle size for powders, but there is a proven formulation amount of approximately 0.2 to 500 g/m².

Hato Sheet | A general term for a versatile type of TDS non-woven fabric. The thickness typically ranges from 2mm to 30mm, with a maximum of 50mm. Since the main raw material is wood pulp, it absorbs liquids well, including water, oil, and solvents. The density can be adjusted according to the application, allowing control over the diffusivity, retention, and volatility of the absorbed liquids. Additionally, special powders such as activated carbon, zeolite, photocatalysts, and polymer absorbents can be blended into the middle layer, providing added functionalities, which is a significant feature. |
Soft Sheet | A sheet primarily made from wood pulp, emphasizing cushioning properties, mainly used as cushioning material for fruits and vegetables. Since the main raw material is wood pulp, the sheet absorbs any juice that may leak out if the product is damaged during transport. Freshness can also be maintained by incorporating freshness-preserving materials like activated carbon into the sheet itself. Unlike cushioning materials made from petrochemical products, it is easy to dispose of, which is one of its features. Products that contain activated carbon or zeolite exhibit excellent performance as freshness-preserving materials. |
Micros | A composite non-woven fabric made from 100% synthetic fibers. Most TDS composite non-woven fabrics have wood pulp as their main raw material, but Micros is made entirely from 100% chopped synthetic fibers without using wood pulp. The type and thickness of the synthetic fibers can be changed, allowing for the creation of various products according to the application. It is mainly used in various filters, wipers, insoles, and more. |
