Steel Formwork Temperature Control Coating "Farm Barrier / Farm Barrier ECO"

Just apply it to the surface of the steel formwork! A paint that demonstrates excellent temperature suppression effects.

"Farm Barrier" is a paint that efficiently reflects and scatters near-infrared rays, which have a high thermal effect within the solar spectrum, using heat-reflective pigments. Additionally, due to the action of ceramics, it radiates heat that has been absorbed. These two actions help suppress temperature rise. We have received feedback from construction companies stating that the formwork was not hot, making it easier to work, and that expenses related to heat countermeasures were lower. 【Features】 ■ Suppresses temperature rise of fresh concrete ■ Improves quality and output ■ Reduces expenses related to heat countermeasures ■ NETIS registration QS-120011-VE - VE evaluation certification from the post-evaluation of the new technology information utilization system For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.
