Case study of the introduction of the reliable drain "F-1" that leads to cost reduction.
At Iwata Co., Ltd., during the installation of FRP waterproofing, we used inexpensive, incompatible drains and imported products, which resulted in leaks around the drains. In response to requests for drains that provide more peace of mind than just low cost, we have addressed this issue. The conditions included that the drain must be made of FRP, the same material as the FRP waterproofing, and that the connection between the drain and the pipe should fit well. The Iwata drain "F-1" met these criteria, being easy to install and construct. [Background of Introduction] - Inexpensive, incompatible drains and imported products were being used. - Several leaks occurred around the drains due to separation between the drain and the waterproof layer. - We struggled to respond and ended up compensating for the damages. - Request: To use drains that provide more peace of mind than just being cheap. *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.
