The schedule has been updated until the end of May 2024. ■We have decided to regularly hold a repair and calibration course for the compact preset torque wrench "QL5 series," which has a small body and a large torque scale, as it was highly requested. ◆The "Tohnichi Torque Seminar," which is immediately useful for business, has seen participation from over 3,300 companies and more than 8,300 individuals. (Cumulative from November 1999 to March 2023) ◆In the T course, you can learn the basics of torque management and torque equipment. It is suitable for those who are about to implement torque management or for training workers/new employees. Particularly in practical sessions, we have devised ways to deepen understanding of torque management through hands-on experience. ◆In the R1-1/R1-2 (Calibration/Repair) course, you can learn the methods for repairing and calibrating torque wrenches and torque drivers. This course is suitable for companies that own testers or are planning to implement "in-house calibration and repair." ◆The R1-3 course covers the repair and calibration methods for the preset torque wrench 'QL5/CL5 series,' which allows for easy and reliable torque setting with large torque scales. ◆The R3 course is designed to enable self-calibration of torque wrench testers/torque driver testers and simple adjustments.

The Tohnichi Torque Seminar is designed as a course for those who use and manage torque equipment commonly used in the manufacturing industry for "screw fastening," providing a "seminar that is immediately useful in the field." Recently, there has been an increase in customers looking to calibrate and repair torque equipment. Both torque wrenches and Tohnichi's preset torque drivers are equipped with an "adjustment mechanism" that allows for easy adjustments after calibration, which can help reduce the costs of new purchases. In the R3 course (which enables in-house calibration and simple adjustments of torque wrench testers and torque driver testers), practical training using calibration devices will be conducted. The R1-3 course is a repair and calibration course for the small body, high torque scale compact preset torque wrench QL5 series. Using the QL5N (torque adjustment range 1 to 5 Nm), participants will engage in hands-on practice involving calibration, disassembly, reassembly, adjustment, and recalibration using the TDT600CN3 and TDTLA3. *Calibration for QL10N to QL25N5 and CL10CNX8D to CL25N5X10D is also recommended, as the only difference is the tester used.
