The "Pleated Filter Dewatering" device sucks in and filters high-concentration slurry (mud-like mixture), forming a cake layer on the filter surface. This cake layer is then dehydrated and dried, allowing it to be collected as sludge (aggregated solids). Our unique pleated filter enables dewatering and drying in a compact device with a short cycle time. No coagulants or filtration aids are required.
