Each roll can produce approximately 2800 and 1800 air cushioning materials, respectively. When using the 200×100mm film, it can produce about 30 pieces per minute. The price of the film used as the manufacturing material is about 21% cheaper than the existing raw material film (200×100mm), at approximately 2.14 yen per piece compared to around 2.7 yen. The machine's dimensions are 450(L)×320(W)×240mm(H), and it weighs only 2.5kg, making it compact enough to manufacture air cushioning materials at home with minimal space. Additionally, it consumes only 90W of power and is less likely to overheat during continuous operation. The outer boxes of the manufacturing materials, "Polyethylene film (200×150) in 4 rolls" and "Polyethylene film (200×100) in 4 rolls," are also about 300×300×200mm in size, requiring minimal storage space. Since it can produce as needed, it does not take up space with cushioning material products.
