basic information
Product Name: Sowa Wire CP Product Code: MAC-SH Plating Type: Copper Plating Wire Diameter Range: 0.05 to 0.14 mm Wire Diameter Tolerance: ±0.001 mm Diameter Deviation: Less than 0.001 mm For the adhesion method with abrasive particles, there are options such as electrodeposition (nickel plating), resin bonding, and brazing. Our Sowa Wire has received high evaluations for its adhesion to abrasive particles with all these methods. Thanks to the plating technology and high-tensile steel wire manufacturing techniques cultivated over many years, we achieve a uniform plating thickness with high strength and high roundness. Using ultra-high purity steel (manufactured by Kobe Steel), it is resistant to breakage and has excellent durability. It can also be used with free abrasive particle methods and has high slicing performance.
