We will introduce a case study on preventing cooling scale in the aluminum die-casting mold of the "Hydroflow Electromagnetic Water Treatment Device." The user is ED Industry Co., Ltd. (an aluminum die-casting manufacturer in Shizuoka Prefecture). The silica content in the well water is high at 48 mg/L, and when scaling occurs, it forms a very hard scale, leading to a significant decrease in production efficiency. To prevent the occurrence of defective products, the device was installed.
