This construction method involves mixing and stirring cement slurry discharged from the base ground and the bottom end of the post in a vertical direction using a chainsaw-type cutter mounted on a cutter post, creating a soil-cement underground continuous wall with high water-stopping ability and uniform strength in the vertical direction. Since a wall of uniform thickness can be created, it is possible to install core materials at arbitrary intervals, allowing for greater flexibility in soil retention design and the creation of economical soil-retaining water-stopping continuous walls.
