Catalog & Case Studies / Construction of Small-Scale Thick-Walled Continuous Walls "Mini-Wall Method"
Packed with fundamental knowledge and case studies! We are currently offering a free catalog and case study collection on the mini-wall construction method, which can accommodate narrow sites and is capable of construction at a maximum depth of 20 meters with small machinery!
The "Mini Wall Method" is a construction technique that creates a soil-cement underground continuous wall with high water-stopping properties and uniform strength in the vertical direction by mixing and agitating cement slurry discharged from the base ground and the bottom end of the post using a chainsaw-type cutter mounted on a cutter post. Since uniform thickness walls can be created, it is possible to install core materials at arbitrary intervals, allowing for greater flexibility in soil retention design and the construction of economical soil-retaining water-stopping continuous walls. ■ We are currently offering a catalog summarizing basic knowledge and a collection of construction examples as a gift! 【Features of the Mini Wall Method】 ■ Due to the uniform thickness of the wall, the installation interval of the stress core material can be set arbitrarily. ■ Wall thickness can be adjusted by changing the cutter bits. ■ Construction close to structures and at property boundaries is possible. ■ The use of a suspended leader allows for step construction (5-6 m). * Please refer to the PDF data of the catalog and construction examples of the "Mini Wall Method" available for download.

Our company was founded in 1958 and specializes in underground special civil engineering works such as underground continuous walls, underground obstacle removal, ground improvement, and pipeline construction. In recent years, we have expanded our business operations to include slope work and construction. There is a growing social demand for securing the natural environment, seismic reinforcement, liquefaction prevention, restoration of structures, and urban redevelopment, which have become pressing issues in recent years. In response to these social needs, we have developed seismic reinforcement and liquefaction countermeasure methods such as the "Ultra Multi-Point DP Method" and the "High Grip Grout Method." For structural restoration, we utilize our in-house developed restoration method called "Suiheikun," and for urban redevelopment, we are conducting research and development of new methods such as the "Hiro Work Kmigty Method," "Bauer Method," and "Super Top Method," aimed at underground obstacle removal. Additionally, as part of our eco-friendly initiatives, we are researching and developing methods that use bubble drilling fluid to reduce industrial waste, striving to contribute to society through high-quality construction and services. We aim to continue responding to the needs of the times by deploying a variety of specialized techniques and uniquely developed methods.
