Reduction of the usage of blasting materials and the generation of industrial waste is possible! Stainless steel shot & grit.
"CHRONITAL" (stainless steel shot) and "GRITTAL" (stainless steel grit) are products manufactured by the German company VULKAN INOX. "CHRONITAL" is a spherical stainless steel shot material produced using an atomization method. Compared to stainless steel cut wire, it is rounded without corners, so there is no concern about significant changes in surface roughness when replenished in the blast machine. "GRITTAL" is introduced as a new material to replace ceramic blast media, characterized by low friability and high durability compared to ceramic blast media such as BA and WA. 【Features】 ■ Reduction of shot costs ■ Suppression of corrosion on the cleaned surface (no corrosion from residual abrasives) ■ Usable in all blast machines (air blasters, impeller wheel shot machines) ■ Less wear on shot equipment ■ Reduction of industrial waste costs For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.
