The "YKD type" mixing dryer is an air flow dryer that uses hot air. It is a mixing dryer that can achieve rapid drying in a short time by using high-speed rotating paddles to break up the raw materials and increase their surface area. By increasing the drying speed and avoiding high temperatures for the raw materials, discoloration is minimized during the drying process. Utilizing the exhaust heat from incinerators can help reduce running costs. Our YDK type okara dryer is available from the YKD-100 model (processing capacity of 100 kg/hr) to the maximum YKD-1500 model (processing capacity of 1500 kg/hr).
