Eliminate wasted injection liquid and time! A wood vacuum impregnation device with easy operation via a touch panel.
The "SKB type" wood vacuum pressure impregnation device exhibits the best performance for injecting preservatives, insecticides, dyes, and more into wood. Pressure is stopped once the pre-set flow rate is reached. Since the pressurization process can be configured based on both flow rate and pressurization time, there is no waste of liquid or time. You can choose between the "liquid pressure method," which uses a pressure pump for pressurization with the injected liquid, and the "air pressure method," which uses compressed air from a compressor. We will design according to the customer's requirements. We also offer the "KY type" insizing machine as a partner for the impregnation device. 【Features】 ■ Eliminates liquid waste with flow meter settings ■ Choice of pressurization methods ■ Easy operation with a touch panel ■ Accommodates various needs *For more details, please refer to the catalog.
