Defect Removal We remove only the defective parts detected by sensors and visual inspection from the roll and process them into sheets. Slit Cut Processing We perform sheet cutting in both the flow direction and width direction with a cutting surface finish that prevents snagging during picking from roll films (resulting in minimal waste and high dimensional accuracy). We can also perform backing paper application, perforation processing, and powder processing inline. Die Cutting We carry out processing using the optimal method according to the material's application, including press processing, flat plate punching, and clicker processing.
