Achieving lightweight design with a combined formwork of vertical and horizontal ends. Further simplifying construction and contributing to an increase in reuse frequency.
"PERI DUO" is a new system formwork made of resin that can be used for walls. It is made from a newly developed material called "Polytech," which is high-strength and lightweight. It has fewer components and is easy to handle. Almost all products, including panels, are made from this "Polytech" material. The assembly method is designed to be straightforward, requiring no tools, and allows for efficient work even for those with little experience in formwork tasks. Since most components share a common specification, work efficiency increases, and costs for construction guidance and transportation can be reduced, even when the construction locations change, such as walls, columns, or slabs. By performing work with minimal tool usage, the risk of injury decreases, and noise is eliminated. Replacing the face panels requires no special skills and can be easily done with just screws. [Features] - Universal specifications - Ergonomically designed shape - Easy cleaning, maintenance, and face panel replacement - Usable even for simultaneous V and H pouring <NETIS Registration Number: KT-230004-A> https://www.netis.mlit.go.jp/netis/

Applications/Examples of results
【Feature 1】 Fewer components (approximately 30 fewer than conventional methods, such as steel pipes and supports) ↓ <Advantage> Less labor-intensive (e.g., a difference of 5 minutes per square meter = a difference of 50 minutes for 10 square meters) ↓ <Benefit> Contractors can increase their productivity accordingly 【Feature 2】 Can learn the assembly procedure in 2 to 3 hours ↓ <Advantage> Fewer skilled workers and technicians are needed ↓ <Benefit> Contractors can have newcomers and trainees perform assembly and demolding, stabilizing the process for the main contractor For specific implementation examples, please refer to the related videos on YouTube. At Perry Japan, we conduct product exhibitions of system formwork, study sessions, assembly experiences, and product seminars at our Ibaraki stockyard, based on the concept of "Listen, See, Touch/Ride, and Assemble," tailored to our customers' needs. *We welcome inquiries regarding applications and examples of achievements. Detailed information
-
(Project Introduction) "New Construction of a Paid Nursing Home in Ie Island" In the construction of a nursing home on Ie Island, Okinawa, our lightweight resin formwork (DUO) and aluminum slab formwork (GRIDFLEX) were used.
-
RC 1-story building Building area: 1,364 square meters Total floor area: 1,359 square meters Formwork construction area: Foundation section approximately 1,500 square meters, above ground floor: approximately 3,500 square meters (total: approximately 5,000 square meters)
-
The needs on-site were mainly identified as the following three points: reduction in the number of materials, reduction in the number of workers, and a higher work efficiency. To address these issues, Perry Japan proposed the lightweight resin formwork system (DUO) and the aluminum slab formwork (GRIDFLEX), which were newly introduced to the Japanese market in 2019. These solutions contributed to reducing the number of materials, shortening work time, and improving labor efficiency.
-
Customer comment: "The number of formwork components per square meter has been halved, simplifying construction, improving work efficiency, and leading to a reduction in construction time. The amount of wood used has decreased compared to traditional methods, achieving resource conservation. The amount of material transported to the site has decreased, reducing transportation costs. Additionally, since there is no need for tasks such as compacting steel and nailing, noise has been reduced."
-
By using the lightweight resin formwork system (DUO) and aluminum slab formwork (GRIDFLEX), it is possible to reduce material transportation costs, decrease the number of workers, and achieve cost savings through labor-saving measures.
