Corrosion-resistant seawater valve - No contact between fluid and metal at all!
Generally, stainless steel is often used for seawater lines, but there are concerns about pitting corrosion. The ES-type soft-seal partition valve developed by our company features a body made of FC material coated with nylon, and the valve body is a soft-seal valve lined with rubber. Furthermore, the valve stem (SUS304) is also coated with nylon. This prevents metal from coming into direct contact with the fluid, thereby preventing the occurrence of pitting corrosion. Additionally, in terms of cost, we can offer a more affordable solution compared to stainless steel products. We also provide a short face-to-face type with the intention of replacing butterfly valves.
