Quickly pass through the maximum ice crystal formation temperature range, suppressing the growth of ice crystals and inhibiting cell destruction.
DEPAK freezing quickly passes through the maximum ice crystal formation temperature range at ultra-low temperatures, suppressing the generation of ice crystals and thereby reducing cell damage during freezing. It can be widely used for various ingredients, including meat, fish, prepared dishes, and Western sweets. It suppresses oxidation during freezing, allowing you to freeze the deliciousness as it is. Ingredients that have been frozen well will also have a different state after thawing. The DEPAK freezer achieves results that are hard to believe they were once frozen. *For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.
