High-efficiency, compact plate fin heat exchanger "SK Plate Fin Heater/Cooler" *Exhibited at Heavac & Air Japan 2018!
The plate fin heat exchanger "SK Plate Fin Heater/Cooler" increases the heat transfer area by attaching heat transfer plates (fins) to heating tubes at necessary intervals, allowing for the heating and cooling of air and gas. The plate fin and tube from "Sakaigawa Industry of Heat Exchangers" adopts a press-fit method. Important elements for plate fin types are fin adhesion and precise fin pitch. "Sakaigawa Industry of Heat Exchangers" conducts tests on improved products regarding fin adhesion and fin shape using heat exchanger evaluation testing equipment. Additionally, thorough quality control is implemented to maintain accurate fin pitch during production. Leveraging years of experience and achievements, "Sakaigawa Industry of Heat Exchangers" designs and manufactures plate fin heat exchangers tailored to customer requirements. 【Heat Exchanger Specifications】 ■ Function: For generating warm and hot air ■ Heat medium: Steam ■ Element (plate fin and tube type) materials - Tubes: Steel pipes, stainless steel pipes, copper pipes - Fins: Aluminum fins, steel fins, stainless steel fins, copper fins *For details, please request materials or view the PDF data available for download.

Company information
We design and manufacture heat exchangers for industrial machinery and heaters/coolers for air conditioning. Sakai River Industries' heat exchangers are used in the production processes of various industrial products. They are widely adopted not only as heat exchangers for industrial machinery but also for cooling and air conditioning equipment. We offer a variety of heat exchangers, including finned tube types for liquid-gas (plate fin, aero fin), shell and tube types and plate types for liquid-liquid, and gas-gas types. Additionally, we own our own performance testing equipment and are engaged in research and development of thermal technologies aimed at improving the efficiency and compactness of heat exchangers. Utilizing our uniquely developed performance calculation system, we can promptly propose heat exchangers with specifications that best meet our customers' needs. We continue to produce high-quality heat exchangers with reliable technology and a consistent production system. Sakai River Industries is always striving for technological innovation, working hard to ensure that our customers can confidently use heat exchangers that are truly beneficial to them.
