"PTC" is a high-conductivity proprietary alloy developed through research on components and manufacturing methods that can achieve JIS C1100 compliance at the manufacturing facilities of Mitsui Sumitomo Metal Mining's copper processing. "PTC" is a new deoxidized copper that removes oxygen from copper using trace amounts of Fe and P, achieving conductivity comparable to tough pitch copper.
