Explosion-proof LED lighting "LZBA Series" *Compatible with ZONE 1 and ZONE 2
Explosion-proof LED lighting LZBA series
Reliability in explosion-proof areas is guaranteed, and glare reduction and high color rendering improve work efficiency! Compared to our conventional fluorescent fixtures, power consumption is reduced by approximately 55%!
Introducing the new explosion-proof LED lamp series, the 'LZBA series', designed to meet the high reliability required in explosion-proof areas and suitable for use in explosive hazardous locations Zone 1 and Zone 2! While equipped with high output equivalent to fluorescent lamps, we have achieved approximately 55% reduction in power consumption, from 91W to 40.5W compared to our conventional explosion-proof fluorescent fixtures. Additionally, we have reviewed the design of the LED module and housing, achieving a lightweight and compact form. With glare reduction and high color rendering (Ra83), it also contributes to improving the working environment. ★ Zone 1 (Class 1 location): Areas where explosive atmospheres may be generated during normal operation of plants, etc. ★ Zone 2 (Class 2 location): Areas where explosive atmospheres are not expected to be generated during normal operation of plants, etc., and even if they were to occur during abnormal conditions, they would only exist for a short time. 【Features】 ■ Three types to choose from (equivalent to 1-lamp and 2-lamp for FHF32W high output type, equivalent to FHF16W high output type) ■ Achieved approximately 27% weight reduction for 2-lamp use and approximately 21% for 1-lamp use compared to our conventional explosion-proof fluorescent fixtures ■ Size reduction of about 33% for the 1-lamp type *For more details, please refer to the materials. Company information
Hoshia Electric has established itself as a top manufacturer in various fields, including information display systems such as road information boards, industrial lighting known for its waterproof and explosion-proof features under the name "Water Pearl," tunnel lighting that began with the full-scale installation in the Kanmon Tunnel, and resin products represented by "Cutting Duct." As a new business, we started an electromagnetic noise countermeasure (EMC) product business in 1997 to address electromagnetic noise issues arising from digital devices. In the LED business, we successfully developed a blue light-emitting diode in April 2002 and a white light-emitting diode in December of the same year. Based on these technologies, we are actively expanding our business in the field of LED lighting fixtures, ranging from roads and tunnels to industrial lighting. On March 9, 2018, Hoshia Electric Co., Ltd. was listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange First Section. In April 2022, we transitioned to the Tokyo Stock Exchange Standard Market. Moving forward, we will continue to leverage our creative thinking and technological capabilities cultivated thus far to develop even more innovative products and strive for business expansion.
