Explosion-proof LED lighting (LZWA) for those considering explosion-proof lighting in China.
Explosion-proof LED lighting LZWA series
The first domestic industry product with international explosion-proof certification has obtained explosion-proof testing standards from Europe and China. Japanese explosion-proof lighting can be purchased through a Chinese distributor.
New Release of Explosion-Proof LED Lighting (LZWA Series) Seiwa Electric Co., Ltd. is launching the explosion-proof LED lighting fixtures (LZWA series), which will be the first internationally certified explosion-proof products in the domestic industry as base lighting equipment, as part of the new lineup of the <STARLED★S> series. The explosion-proof LED lighting fixtures (LZWA series) aim for a compact and lightweight design while ensuring equivalent brightness and light distribution to conventional fluorescent fixtures (HF fluorescent 45W x 2 lamps). With dimensions of less than 30 cm in both width and height, and a weight of only 5 kg, this design reduces the burden of installation work and improves safety by minimizing the contact area. As for explosion-proof standards, it has obtained international explosion-proof certification IECEx (IEC60079-0, -1) and European explosion-proof certification ATEX (LZWA12041). Models with Chinese explosion-proof certification NEPSI (LZWA14041-CA) are also included in the lineup, achieving many international standards (*). * Available for sale only overseas. Domestic explosion-proof certification has not been obtained. * The Chinese agent, Changshu Seiwa Electric Co., Ltd., is listed on the following website.

basic information
<Features> 1. Obtained various international standards related to explosion protection. Compatible with hydrogen areas. Achieved international explosion protection certification IECEx (IEC60079-0, -1), European explosion protection certification ATEX, and Chinese explosion protection certification NEPSI. Taiwanese explosion protection certification TS is also planned for future acquisition. It can be used in explosion protection areas of Zone 1 and 2, dust explosion protection areas of Zone 21 and 22, as well as in hydrogen areas generated in chemical plant processes, allowing for safe use in various explosion protection areas. 2. Usable in high-temperature environments up to +55°C! With a wide operating temperature range of -25°C to +55°C, it can be installed in a broad range of environments from low to high temperatures. 3. Can be installed in narrow spaces. With a small installation area, it does not require a specific installation location. It can be installed in complex equipment areas. Additionally, the irradiation angle can be adjusted ±70 degrees, reducing the need for rework after installation. 4. Reduces the burden of installation work. Weighing only 5 kg, it is lighter than conventional equipment, improving safety and workability during installation. 5. Safe even in gusts and typhoons. The compact housing and small pressure-bearing area reduce wind pressure load, minimizing the impact of gusts and typhoons, and eliminating concerns about equipment deformation.

Hoshia Electric has established itself as a top manufacturer in various fields, including information display systems such as road information boards, industrial lighting known for its waterproof and explosion-proof features under the name "Water Pearl," tunnel lighting that began with the full-scale installation in the Kanmon Tunnel, and resin products represented by "Cutting Duct." As a new business, we started an electromagnetic noise countermeasure (EMC) product business in 1997 to address electromagnetic noise issues arising from digital devices. In the LED business, we successfully developed a blue light-emitting diode in April 2002 and a white light-emitting diode in December of the same year. Based on these technologies, we are actively expanding our business in the field of LED lighting fixtures, ranging from roads and tunnels to industrial lighting. On March 9, 2018, Hoshia Electric Co., Ltd. was listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange First Section. In April 2022, we transitioned to the Tokyo Stock Exchange Standard Market. Moving forward, we will continue to leverage our creative thinking and technological capabilities cultivated thus far to develop even more innovative products and strive for business expansion.
