【Product PR】 Until now, composting machines required the removal of processed waste, but since organic waste decomposes into liquid within approximately 24 hours, there is generally no need to remove residues. As long as the processing capacity is not exceeded, additional organic waste can be added. In the processing tank, microorganisms specifically designed for the composting machine inhabit the microbial carrier at high density, and appropriate stirring enhances the decomposition efficiency, allowing for a more compact device. Additionally, due to the minimal odor, indoor installation, which was previously difficult without deodorization and exhaust duct facilities, has become possible. Furthermore, since high-temperature heating treatment is unnecessary, the power consumption required to operate the device can be significantly reduced. The ability to self-process organic waste on-site also greatly contributes to CO2 reduction. Commercial Food Waste Processor [GJ-500] Adopting a stainless steel casing that does not fall short of kitchen equipment, which is rare for food waste processors, we have achieved a beauty and cleanliness that changes the preconceived notion of food waste processors. We house microorganisms, known as "Sinkzyme," that efficiently biodegrade food waste in a microbial house. There are four types of microbial houses: Biostar, Clugair, BCN Plus, and Bio Carrier Plastic, which can be combined based on the input materials. Compared to traditional wood chips and rice husks, we have significantly increased the habitation of microorganisms. By efficiently biodegrading, we can reduce food waste transportation costs compared to incineration, contributing to low costs and CO2 reduction. It is easy for anyone to use, and since it can be installed indoors, placing it next to the kitchen's washing area improves work efficiency. By adhering to the daily limit, multiple inputs can be made, and by using a small bucket to add food waste, we have achieved a reduction in the burden on-site.
