We house microorganisms, known as "Sinkzyme," that efficiently biodegrade food waste in a microbial house. There are four types of microbial houses: Biostar, Clugair, BCN Plus, and Bio Carrier Plastic, which can be combined based on the input materials. Compared to traditional wood chips and rice husks, we have significantly increased the habitation of microorganisms. By efficiently biodegrading, we can reduce food waste transportation costs compared to incineration, contributing to low costs and CO2 reduction. It is easy for anyone to use, and since it can be installed indoors, placing it next to the kitchen's washing area improves work efficiency. By adhering to the daily limit, multiple inputs can be made, and by using a small bucket to add food waste, we have achieved a reduction in the burden on-site. (Large machines can also accept inputs via options like lifts.)
