"Achieving Zero Incineration of Organic Waste" Circular Economy News (Issue 1450)

SINKPIA・JAPAN SINKPIA・JAPAN
An article about Hotel Nikko Princess Kyoto, which has introduced our food waste processor SINKPIA (GJ-100), was published in the Circular Economy Newspaper (Issue No. 1450). Kyoto City has been working on waste composition surveys since 1980, and in March 2015, it established the "New Kyoto City Waste Reduction Plan," setting food loss reduction targets ahead of the rest of the country. Various certification systems related to waste generation reduction are also well-developed, making it an advanced city in waste reduction that actively promotes initiatives in collaboration with businesses and citizens. Additionally, this initiative has been simultaneously certified and awarded as a "2R Special Excellent Business" and "2R and Excellent Business for Sorting and Recycling Activities" by Kyoto City.

Commercial Food Waste Processor Sink Pia [GJ-100]

"Processing organic waste on-site without transporting or burning it" is a commercial organic waste processor that decomposes using the power of microorganisms.

【Product PR】 Until now, composting machines required the removal of processed waste, but since organic waste decomposes into liquid within approximately 24 hours, there is generally no need to remove residues. As long as the processing capacity is not exceeded, additional organic waste can be added. In the processing tank, microorganisms specifically designed for the composting machine inhabit the microbial carrier at high density, and appropriate stirring enhances the decomposition efficiency, allowing for a more compact device. Additionally, due to the minimal odor, indoor installation, which was previously difficult without deodorization and exhaust duct facilities, has become possible. Furthermore, since high-temperature heating treatment is unnecessary, the power consumption required to operate the device can be significantly reduced. The ability to self-process organic waste on-site also greatly contributes to CO2 reduction. The processing method of Sink Pia can be reported as fermentation in the implementation amount of the regular report based on the Food Recycling Law.

Case Study 004: Verbalizing the "vaguely inconvenient" issues faced by HR and General Affairs. A case of organizing challenges and proposals. Construction industry, customers with fewer than 20 employees.

  • NEW
  • OTHER

Organizing the "somewhat inconvenient" aspects of accounting management with a proprietary system While daily operations are running smoothly, there is a lingering sense of inconvenience. There is a lot of manual work, tasks are becoming personalized, and there are concerns about future operations. Many companies are grappling with these "vague issues" but struggle to clarify what and how to improve. This time, we will introduce a case study on improving accounting operations in construction companies with fewer than 20 employees. When we articulate the "somewhat inconvenient"... 1) A proprietary system has been set up for accounting management, resulting in a state where there is no so-called "standard accounting system." Necessary information cannot be retained, leading to manual work. 2) The person responsible for system modifications has left the company. 3) There are issues with extracting data from the accounting side, but another department is able to output the necessary data from the proprietary system. We want to improve the current situation while minimizing the impact on other departments. You can read more without entering personal information. It enables rapid collection of safety reports from employees, understanding of the situation, and instructions for initial response. Additionally, it supports family safety features and smartphone applications, assisting companies in strengthening their BCP measures and crisis management systems. With over 1,300 companies having implemented it, we encourage businesses considering a review of their safety confirmation systems or strengthening disaster measures to take a look.

When the sensor detects the car, the rotating light will turn on.

Ideal for entrances and exits of parking lots and stores! Alerts pedestrians of vehicle departures with the light from the rotating lamp! Here is a proposal for a departure warning sensor! Free catalog giveaway.

  • NEW
  • CATALOG

[To the owners of parking lots and parking lot construction companies] "I'm worried about not colliding with pedestrians when exiting the parking lot..." Among vehicle entrances to parking lots, stores, residences, and factories, particularly at entrances facing sidewalks or roadways, there is a risk of dangerous incidents such as collisions with pedestrians or between vehicles. To alleviate such concerns, Hotron proposes a [Vehicle Exit Warning Sensor] that detects vehicle departures using various sensors and alerts the surrounding area with LED lights and buzzers. The system consists of a simple configuration of "sensor" + "controller" + "switching power supply (24V)" + "LED rotating light." *Please note that a separate control panel is required to include the controller and switching power supply (24V) when using the exit warning system. *We kindly ask customers to arrange for the switching power supply (24V), LED rotating light, control panel, circuit breakers, etc. Since it can be retrofitted, it can also be used for existing parking lot entrances. We hope this will contribute to safer vehicle passage for everyone. ◎ For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.

[Please introduce this to the management and general affairs department] Update on the introduction case of expense reimbursement and attendance management system! We want to eliminate paper-based reimbursement and application processes. The checking work that used to take three days can now be completed in one day.

  • NEW
  • OTHER

An article has been published regarding the case study of the introduction of the expense reimbursement system "Rakuraku Seisan" and the attendance management system "KING OF TIME" at Racam Co., Ltd. ~ In the case of Racam ~ Before the introduction of "Rakuraku Seisan," applications were paper-based. One person was responsible for checking the contents for about 100 individuals using a calculator. Since actually using the system, various tasks related to determining who to pay and how much have been reduced, and it has become possible to import the crucial journal entries. Most importantly, the elimination of the need to research transportation costs one by one has been a significant improvement. The successful implementation of the attendance management system was made possible by the generous support provided by iBP. [Case Overview (Partial)] ■ Challenges Before Implementation - Wanted to eliminate paper-based reimbursement and application processes ■ Key Points of Implementation - High recognition of Rakuraku Seisan - With iBP, both expense reimbursement and attendance management can be handled together *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
