A simple and clean construction method! A separator leak repair method born from the site.
The "Pingraut W Stopper Method" is a technique devised to reliably repair water leaks from separators used in formwork in the underground portions of building construction and civil engineering works. By mechanically securing a packing using the holes in the separator and the bolt tip, and injecting a hydrophilic one-component polyurethane resin called "NL Paste," it seals the "gaps" that cause water leaks, making it a simple and clean method that does not require skilled labor, in contrast to traditional methods that involve chiseling, drilling, and rapid-setting mortar. 【Features】 ○ There is no "collapse of gaps" due to chiseling or drilling, and the ability to inject a certain amount of resin allows for a high probability of water stopping. ○ No special tools are required, and the work procedures are simple and clear, making it possible for anyone to carry out the installation. ○ Compared to conventional methods, it reduces labor and thus lowers costs. ○ The speedy installation minimizes the impact on subsequent processes within a short period. ○ There is almost no noise or dust generation, and minimal outflow of resin and mortar debris after construction. basic information
【Materials Used】 ○ Water-stopping injection agent → The injection resin used is "NL Paste" → NL Paste is a hydrophilic one-component polyurethane resin that reacts with water and expands → The pressure from this expansion injects the resin into fine gaps, restoring water tightness ○ Water absorption → To secure the amount of moisture necessary for the chemical reaction of NL Paste, the water-absorbing agent Aqua Keep 10SH-PF (produced by Sumitomo Seika) is used → A mixture that has been gelled with water is filled into a circular recess (pocket) inside the PF packing before being set with a separator ● For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.

The Pinguraut Council was established in December 1986 by a group of experienced construction companies, numbering around 100 nationwide, as an expert organization specializing in waterproofing and water-stopping construction, and is now celebrating its 36th anniversary. The council holds annual general meetings (once a year) and board meetings (four times a year), engages in promotional activities aimed at spreading construction methods, conducts research and development related to technology, and edits and revises technical materials. Additionally, it continuously supports the technical improvement of its members through the hosting of technical training sessions and the publication of newsletters.
