Customers can choose from two plans based on their needs, such as "wanting to operate energy-efficiently," "wanting to reduce CO₂ emissions," "wanting stable operation," and "wanting to reduce maintenance costs." Maintenance inspections and parts replacements will be conducted according to the operating conditions to ensure stable operation and longevity of the equipment. [Support Plans] [Premium (Contract Period: 13 years)] ○ Since repair costs are covered by the maintenance contract fee, there are no unexpected expenses. ○ Recommended for customers who use the equipment for long hours. 【Maintenance Items】 [Maintenance Inspection] ○ Regular Inspection → Service staff will visit and check the condition of your equipment. ○ Request Inspection → Service staff will be dispatched according to the customer's request. [Parts Replacement] ○ No charge for replacement work → If parts are replaced, the cost of dispatching service staff and the work fee will be free of charge. ○ No charge for parts (Standard Plan is chargeable) → If parts are replaced, the cost of the replacement parts will be free of charge. → However, for water circuit parts (DC water pump, flow control valve, electric valve, pressure reducing valve, check valve, strainer) and gas cooler, support is limited to three times within 13 years.
