Install at least two level gauges in the powder tank to determine whether the powder is bridging based on the detection status of each level gauge. The tank will be designed and manufactured according to the customer's requirements. The standard specification level gauge uses a high-sensitivity capacitive type, which is suitable for most powders with a bulk density of 1.5 kg/L or more. Measures to prevent adhesion to the sensor part and static electricity measures are standard features, and a separate type of amplifier (circuit board) for vibration countermeasures is also available.
