The LEVIFLOW?LFS flow meter series is designed for high-precision flow measurement with minimal contamination and impact on fluids, suitable for high-purity chemicals and ultra-pure water. In particular, it achieves simple fluid control in combination with Levtronics' magnetic levitation bearing-less pumps. There are models with six flow ranges, two of which are suitable for high-temperature applications.
