This is a high-efficiency mixer that can stir high-viscosity fluids, which previously took over two hours, in just ten minutes. Even when stirring fluids with a viscosity of 15,000 mPa·sec, there is almost no generation of cavitation bubbles, allowing for uniform and high-quality mixing without inconsistencies. The stirring power can also be reduced, contributing to lower power consumption and increased efficiency. It is ideal for processes such as bioethanol production, mixing of polyols and paints, chemical synthesis, and food kneading processes. **Features of the Flotech Stirrer** - Capable of stirring high-viscosity fluids (0 to 15,000 mPa·sec). - Almost no cavitation bubbles generated even when stirring high-viscosity fluids (up to 15,000 mPa·sec). - Large upward and downward convection occurs during stirring, making it easy to remove bubbles from the liquid surface in the tank under vacuum. - In the case of jacketed tanks, the spiral convection along the inner surface of the tank facilitates uniform fluid temperature. - Capable of mixing heterogeneous fluids such as liquids with powders or high-viscosity fluids with low-viscosity fluids. - The design of the tank and stirrer is tailored according to the fluid being stirred and the tank capacity (2L to 1,000L). - Efficient stirring contributes to energy savings. Ideal for those facing the following issues: - Formation of unmixed or un-stirred areas within the container. - Long mixing times. - Difficulty in mixing fluids with large viscosity differences. - Generation of bubbles due to cavitation when mixing medium to high-viscosity fluids. - Difficulty in removing bubbles (due to weak fluid convection, bubbles do not rise to the liquid surface). - Difficulty in achieving uniform fluid temperature within the stirring container; heat from insulation or heating jackets does not transfer to the fluid. - Difficulty in mixing liquids with powders, leading to a high occurrence of "lumps."
