The flare machine processes the ends of the pipes with a flare and connects them using loose flanges, eliminating the need for welding flanges. By using the flare machine, "cost reduction," "shortened delivery times," and "quality improvement" of processed pipes can be achieved. <Flare Fitting> A flare fitting is a welding-free fitting with a flare processed elbow. <W Flange> With fewer bolts than a standard loose flange, the bolts, nuts, and gaskets are preset (attached), which shortens construction time. It has obtained NETIS certification. <Flare Drum> Around valves and strainers, flare drums with flanges welded on both sides of short pipes are commonly used.
