<Reduction of "galling" phenomenon during screwing in> By uniformly applying the sealing material to the threaded part of the joint, the friction resistance that occurs during the screwing process is reduced, significantly decreasing water leakage due to "galling." <Prevention of sealing material contamination> The sealing material for the joint is controlled to avoid application on the inner 2-3 threads, preventing the sealing material from mixing with the fluid after the screwing is completed. <Compatible with steam piping> CK Pre-Seal SUS joints are suitable for steam piping below 150°C and can withstand the expansion and contraction of the piping. <Compliance with food sanitation laws> The sealing material for the joint is made from a material that can be used with a wide range of fluids and meets the standards of food sanitation laws. It is odorless, making it suitable for piping in food factories. <Angle adjustment possible after screwing is completed> Since the sealing material for the joint is made from a non-hardening material, there is a proven record of no water leakage even after a 45° unscrewing.
