This is a coated diamond micron powder that incorporates three types of chemical elements: nickel (Ni), titanium (Ti), and copper (Cu). It features a metal plating on the surface of diamond and CBN, effectively enhancing the holding power, providing good heat dissipation, preventing carbide formation during high-speed cutting, alleviating thermal shock, and preventing oxidation and graphitization. A uniform and dense nickel layer is formed on the surface of the diamond.
