A repair coating agent and foundation protector for residential foundations that prevents concrete neutralization and protects the foundation for a long time. It prevents cracks and fissures! Samples are currently available!
The residential foundation repair coating "FUTURE COAT (Future Coat) for Foundations" is a high-durability foundation protection material that prevents the neutralization of concrete and protects residential foundations for a long time. Traditional residential foundation finishes have had issues such as shrinkage cracks and fissures due to drying, as well as the appearance of white birch phenomena and stripes due to years of rainfall. However, Future Coat solves these problems with its high moisture permeability. We are currently publishing materials with case studies! 【Product Features】 ■ Hairline cracks are less likely to surface. ■ It has moisture permeability, so it does not swell, making white birch and stripes less likely to occur. ■ Mud stains can be easily washed away with water. ■ The aesthetic quality of the foundation is enhanced, increasing the value of the building. ■ Existing homes can also be remodeled from the foundation up. ■ Maintenance-free for a long period. ■ Non-permeable coating protects the foundation concrete from neutralization for an extended time. *For more details, please refer to the materials.
