The sediment grading system allows particles larger than 0.075mm to be graded, recovered, and reused, while particles smaller than 0.075mm are collected using a filter press as low moisture content dewatered cake (industrial waste), thereby reducing the amount of industrial waste generated. The binder fraction washed with the sediment dewatering screen mixes with circulating water (wash water) and becomes slurry.
