Surface protection method to suppress the progression of deterioration in concrete structures: Elastic polymer-cement-based surface protection and spalling prevention method.
Old NETIS Registration KT-100089-A The Cementex RB - Elasmash T method with HB specifications is a surface protection method that suppresses the progression of deterioration due to carbonation, salt damage, freeze-thaw damage, etc., after repairing the rebar corrosion areas and cross-sectional defects of deteriorated concrete structures, by performing lining using a combination of two-axis aramid and vinylon mesh. This method consists of a composite coating made of elastic polymer cement-based materials and water-based elastic acrylic paint, and by incorporating two-axis aramid and vinylon mesh, it is applicable as a peeling prevention specification for the concrete structure. Based on the feedback and requests from customers using conventional methods, we have improved the workability.
