Fine Coat P is a moisture-regulating primer that uses ultra-fine particle acrylic emulsion. By applying it to the concrete surface beforehand, it suppresses the absorption of the substrate, preventing dry-out and improving and stabilizing adhesion strength. Additionally, by applying it to the finished surface of cement-based coatings, it prevents rapid drying of the surface, reduces the occurrence of cracks, and ensures stable strength development.
