Cementex VF-2 is a one-component premixed mortar that contains pre-blended acrylic powder polymer, which can be used as a thin-layer polymer cement mortar simply by adding water and mixing. It is ideal for substrate preparation in renovation work and for surface protection of concrete structures. It achieves excellent workability and finish quality with a similar aggregate particle size composition to our emulsion-mixed polymer cement mortar CMS series, specifically CMS-2.

Features 1. It is a completely pre-mixed product, so by simply mixing it with water during use, it becomes a stable, high-quality polymer cement paste for thin coatings. 2. It contains vinylon fibers, which not only provide excellent sag resistance and finish quality but also offer superior crack resistance after curing. 3. It is formulated with acrylic-based powdered polymers, ensuring high adhesion durability to the substrate and integrating the substrate and finishing material over the long term. 4. The cured mortar has high water impermeability and excellent resistance to carbonation and salt damage, providing outstanding protective performance for concrete structures.
