A food waste treatment machine with excellent decomposition sustainability, developed in collaboration with Tohoku University using the Acidoro composting decomposition method. It decomposes most of the food waste input within a day. The NPO Plant Factory Research Association is utilizing the BC-500 model (which can process up to 500 kg per day) for processing tomato leaves and stems at the plant factory located on the Kashiwa-no-ha Campus of Chiba University. 【Features】 ○ Long-lasting decomposition power and low running costs → Significantly reduces costs associated with the addition and replacement of decomposition bacteria (substrate). Many customers have been using it for over 10 years without needing to add or replace the substrate. ○ Low odor → Decomposition occurs in an acidic environment unique to our product, resulting in less ammonia volatilization and reduced odor compared to other composting methods. ○ High-quality compost → More than 85% of food waste is decomposed and eliminated. The remaining portion becomes high-quality compost suitable for growing organic vegetables, among other uses.
