Utilizing our expertise in strict quality control for nuclear applications, management of documentation and quality records, and techniques for long and circumferential welding of items subject to inspection by welding contractors, we manufacture not only items subject to welding contractor inspection but also prefabricated piping where nuclear management is required. We have a significant track record in construction measures necessary for the recent restart of nuclear power plants. In particular, we manufacture and deliver prefabricated piping that combines fittings, flanges, nozzles, and nipples for fire protection piping, which traditionally does not require nuclear management. We also conduct strength calculations for these flanges, nozzles, and nipples based on JSME (Japan Society of Mechanical Engineers) standards. We can manufacture using both stainless steel and carbon steel (galvanized), and we are ready to meet various other requests.
