The random cycle hammer divides the tip bit into 4 to 8 small bits, each activated independently in sequence (with a vertical amplitude of 5mm micro-vibrations), achieving a maximum of approximately 7000 RPM of random ultra-high frequency vertical motion. This micro-vibration impact crushes the material, reducing the drilling area to 1/15 to 1/20 of the entire hammer, significantly lowering vibrations and noise levels.
