Ultra-low vibration and low noise urban pollution control machine. It is a random cycle hammer.
The random cycle hammer divides the tip bit into 4 to 8 small bits, each activated independently in sequence (with a vertical amplitude of 5mm micro-vibrations), achieving a maximum of approximately 7000 RPM of random ultra-high frequency vertical motion. This micro-vibration impact crushes the material, reducing the drilling area to 1/15 to 1/20 of the entire hammer, significantly lowering vibrations and noise levels. Compared to large-diameter boring machine (B・H) methods, it allows for substantial process shortening and cost reduction. 【Features】 ○ Ultra-low vibration and low noise ○ Urban pollution control machine ○ Uses vegetable oils ○ Environmentally friendly eco-friendly machine ○ NETIS registration number QS-050019-V For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.

basic information
**Features** - Uses vegetable oils → Even if it accidentally flows into water or soil, it is decomposed by microorganisms in nature and does not affect the ecosystem. - Environmentally friendly eco-compatible machine with ultra-vibration and low noise for drilling → Can be constructed in urban and mountainous areas, achieving shortened processes and reduced construction costs. - Achieves work efficiency comparable to down-the-hole hammers depending on soil conditions. - Uses air lift method for excavation and soil removal, eliminating the need for bentonite slurry. - Even when drilling is difficult due to wall collapse or air blow in the borehole, it can be easily switched from flat bar type to screw type for drilling. - Can drill in both right and left rotation, preventing collapse of the borehole. **Applicable Range** - Drilling diameter: φ300mm to φ1020mm - Maximum depth: 35m - Applicable soil types: sandy soil, gravelly soil, clayey soil, boulders, soft rock, medium hard rock, hard rock, particularly effective for applications such as retaining piles, pier support piles, steel sheet pile pre-drilling, restraining piles, fabricated piles, cast-in-place piles, continuous walls, and wooden piles; not applicable for drilling in areas containing metals such as rebar from existing structures. ● For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.
