It is an environmentally friendly coating that is non-toxic and harmless, made from high-purity natural inorganic minerals (ceramics) using a liquid inorganic ceramic coating material manufactured based on the sol-gel process. It has passed safety tests under the Food Sanitation Act and U.S. FDA (Food and Drug Administration), and has non-stick properties equivalent to fluorine. The hardness of the coating exceeds that of fluorine, reaching from H to 2H, and can reach up to 5H to 9H depending on the substrate. The firing temperature can also be set below 180°C, making it possible to process substrates that have previously abandoned fluorine.
