Ceramic Armor Coating is a ceramic coating developed by Shine Craft. It is an environmentally friendly coating that is non-toxic and harmless, made from high-purity refined natural inorganic minerals (ceramics) using a liquid inorganic ceramic coating material based on the sol-gel process. It excels in release properties, heat resistance, and abrasion resistance, and is effective for household and commercial cooking utensils, as well as various food and industrial manufacturing equipment. ◆ Inquiries ◆ When making an inquiry, it would be helpful to provide the following information for a smoother process: 1. The nature of the substrate to be coated (material, shape, size, etc.) 2. The purpose of the coating (e.g., non-stick properties, chemical resistance, slip properties, etc.) 3. It has passed the safety tests of the Food Sanitation Act and the U.S. FDA (Food and Drug Administration), and has non-stick properties equivalent to fluorine. The hardness of the coating exceeds that of fluorine, reaching up to 5H to 9H depending on the substrate. The firing temperature can also be set below 180°C, which may allow processing of substrates that have previously abandoned fluorine.
