The PtY-160DA can expand the number of channels up to 16 channels with a single unit. Additionally, this unit can be connected in a maximum of 16 units, allowing for an expansion of up to 256 channels. The PtY-40/10DA can accommodate 4-channel units and 1-channel units according to the number of channels. The probe uses a high-temperature ultra-compact adhesive wind speed and temperature probe. It provides high precision within 5% of the indicated value for a wide temperature range of 0°C to 120°C and wind speeds from 0.2 m/s to 30 m/s. It has become possible to measure the wind speed distribution in engine compartments of vehicles, which was previously given up, as well as analyze the cooling effects of electronic devices where hot air and warm air flow.
